We are a high-volume office with established property owners. The main job is as a leasing agent to 260 doors. This position is commission-only compensation. Last year we completed 160+ transactions for owners and tenants, generated commissions of approximately $70,000 This job is on site in Fountain Valley, office hours Monday to Friday and open houses on weekends if needed. If you have leasing experience, proficient with AppFolio, licensed real estate agent and a team player in a fast paced environment, lets work together. Compensation is based on your productivity. Commissions only. Responsibilities: • Meet with landlords, and visit the property to be leased • Run comps • Create leasing contracts and complete contracts • Coordinate photos with an in-house photographer • Install & return lockboxes • Input descriptions on MLS and Appfolio • Conduct open houses • Meet with tenants, applicants • Screen applications, vet tenants to owners • Conduct move-ins and move-outs • Collect leasing fee • Close MLS listing and Appfolio • Get contracts and documents to pass compliance Qualifications: • Must have a real estate license in California • Proficient in AppFolio and MLS portal • Strong communication and listening skills • Multi-tasker • Activity driven • Problem solver • Team player • Self-starter Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
