Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our thriving property management company. Our Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing photos, drafting leases and changes in terms, rental inquiries, and comp requests. As a successful Leasing Agent, your goal is to get the units leased out, have clear communication with the team, tenants and property owners and assist the Operations Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

Composing and executing lease agreements among other documents

Advertise available units

Review rental applications

Register units with the city as they are rented

Provide Comps upon request

Qualifications

Experience in Property Management

Have the ability to communicate (via phone and/or email) in a professional manner with owners and tenants.

Be able to self-manage and multi-task and meet deadlines.

Experience with property management software preferred
