We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents.

?? What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and community amenities
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish
• Maintain accurate resident records and manage lease files
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
• Handle resident inquiries and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction

?? What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
