Responsibilities: • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Cultivate and manage leads, nurturing them through the sales process. • Market properties effectively using various social media platforms and websites to reach a growing audience. • Showcase and lease properties to prospective tenants, providing an exceptional customer experience. • Maintain and update client information in our CRM system. • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. • Be available to work and conduct showings on weekends. Qualifications: • A proven record of sales experience and success • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • A go-getter attitude with a passion for real estate. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Skilled in marketing through various social media outlets and platforms. • Ability to work weekends and have a flexible schedule. • Experience in using CRM systems and a knack for maintaining client relationships. • Previous experience in a sales or leasing role is a plus, but not required.
