What You’ll Do As a part‑time Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our community, ensuring prospective and current residents enjoy an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

Greet and tour prospective residents through our community amenities and available homes

Build relationships, qualify prospects, and convert inquiries into leases

Process applications, background checks, and lease documentation accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with the property team to maintain move‑in/move‑out schedules and resident retention initiatives

Respond promptly to resident and prospect inquiries (phone, email, in‑person)

Participate in community events and outreach efforts to drive brand awareness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus)
• Background in Communications
• Ability to work weekends and select evenings (schedule flexibility is key)
• Comfortable with leasing software (Appfolio) and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
