    Enclave at Woodcrest Station, a newly constructed luxury apartment complex, in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a full time Leasing Consultant! Enclave is a First Montgomery Group Property, Creator of Fine Communities

    What you can expect to do:

    Lease luxury apartments and maintain a satisfactory closing ratio.

    Have a thorough understanding of the property and the surrounding area, the competition, and the neighborhood services and amenities.

    Effectively communicate to the prospect all community amenities and services.

    Develop a telephone presentation that will attract potential residents, and answer and overcome any objections a prospect may have.

    Maintain complete knowledge of the competition and provide the Property Manager with up to date market information.

    Prepare market surveys and visit competition properties as needed to obtain information on the services, concessions and physical condition of the properties.

    Suggest marketing programs to increase the appeal of the vacant units.

    Become familiar with the general office procedures that are necessary to ensure an efficiently run management office.

    Prepare leases and set up move-in appointments.

    Pre-qualify applicants in a manner consistent with the property’s resident selection criteria.

    Obtain credit reports; verify employment and prior rental references.

    Must be able to do outreach marketing, corporate calling, direct mail to competitors and any other market tasks set forth by the Property Manager.

    Actively contribute to the spirit of teamwork at both company and property levels to assure the success of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous leasing experience preferred. Well groomed, pleasant and courteous. Ability to work with persons of all backgrounds and understand problems of the residents. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to pass background check, drug test and pre-employment physical.
