    Easlan Management Company is seeking an experienced and eager Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team at Shadow Creek in Anderson, South Carolina .

    This role is essential to our team’s success and offers a unique opportunity to impact a dynamic environment significantly. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents and prospects.

    Essential Functions

    The Leasing Consultant core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Conduct property tours to prospects, highlighting community amenities, local surroundings, and the lifestyle available at our apartment homes.
    • Drive occupancy and rent growth by effectively selling the community.
    • Assist in the application process, including collecting information and initiating background checks to qualify prospects for an apartment home.
    • Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate move-in schedules.
    • Deliver exceptional service to residents, exceeding expectations and maintaining retention.
    • Manage administrative and office activities, ensuring all rental paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

    Schedule: Tuesday and Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Qualifications

    • 1 year of experience in a leasing role within an apartment community preferred.
    • Proficiency in computer and math skills, with experience in Windows.
    • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

    Compensation

    • Competitive pay with commissions earned on apartments leased

    Education

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Physical Duties

    • Ability to navigate the property for tours and inspections, including walking and climbing stairs.
    • Moving or lifting items less than 25 lbs occasionally.
