    RPM Property Management

    RPM Property Management is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a portfolio consisting of 153 apartment units, 10,000 square feet of retail, two office buildings and 30,000 square feet of industrial. The portfolio covers seven properties in Arvada, Littleton and Denver. The successful candidate will report to the company Regional Asset Manager.

    We are a boutique, family run, professional property management company that currently manages five properties in the Metro Denver area and assets in California and Louisiana. We pride ourselves in ethically providing a quality product at a fair price to our residents. We are seeking a motivated, self-driven Leasing Agent to join our Colorado team.

    DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

    • Manage Leasing Process o Generate renewal notices o Process Move-Ins and Move-Outs o Advertise and show vacant units o Participate in Make-Ready process with the Asset Manager and Maintenance o Generate leases o Assure units are move-in ready o Perform move-in walks with new residents • Answer phones and process service issue requests • Process rent checks and make deposits • Assist with resident relations including rent collection and rules enforcement • Minimize unit downtime to maximize revenue and assure units are move-in ready • Assist with resident activities • May respond to emergencies, including after hours • Will require visits to managed properties • Additional duties as assigned

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma, college courses in related fields preferred • Minimum 3-years’ experience as a leasing agent • Knowledge of modern property management software (Rent Manager preferred) • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Colorado leasing and property management laws • Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements • Strong communication skills (oral and written) • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation • CAM certification desired but not required
