    Position Summary:
    As a Leasing & Marketing Agent at Propolis, you will be the face of our properties and a key part of our growth. This hybrid role combines leasing, community engagement, and brand storytelling. You'll be responsible for converting leads into residents while helping shape the voice and image of Propolis in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leasing

    • Manage the full leasing cycle—from inquiries to move-in

    • Conduct tours (virtual and in-person) and build rapport with prospective residents

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and property features

    • Execute leases and coordinate onboarding with the operations team

    Marketing

    • Develop and implement creative strategies to drive traffic and inquiries

    • Manage listings across all platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)

    • Support social media campaigns and community events to boost visibility

    • Track performance metrics for marketing and leasing effectiveness

    Community Engagement

    • Represent Propolis values during all resident and public interactions

    • Provide prospective and current residents with an exceptional experience

    • Collaborate with resident coordinators to promote community retention

    Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or hospitality

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

    • Proficiency in CRM and property management software is a plus

    • Passion for housing equity, community-building, and creative problem-solving
