    Leasing Specialist / Consultant - Orlando We are looking for a Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people-persons who are well-versed and visible in the local community. Responsibilities: • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Utilize the lead/prospect management system (Tenant Turner, Knock, CRM, etc.) to track and document all activities - inquiries, viewings/tours requests, status updates. Qualifications: • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • A proven record of sales experience and success • Bilingual speaking or writing in both English and Spanish is preferred. Compensation: $38,000 - $50,000 yearly

    • Utilize the customer relationship management system/property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.) to track and document all activities - leasing, resident relations, maintenance, etc. • Utilize the lead/prospect management system (Tenant Turner, Knock, CRM, etc.) to track and document all activities - inquiries, viewings/tours requests, status updates.
