Company Description
History - Originating in California, we take pride in bringing our local community and beyond top-quality and spectacular rice noodle and rice noodle products for over 30 years. Lee’s Noodle was founded in 1985, starting from a simple family workshop operation. After 35 years of innovation and hard work, it has developed into a factory and warehouse covering an area of about 100,000 square feet with a fully automated production line located in a popular Asian community in Los Angeles County. The market share of Lee’s Noodle product in the United States is as high as 33%, proudly symbolizing the company’s achievement. To provide customers with an excellent series of high-quality noodles, Lee’s Noodle is driven by innovative research and development. The company’s management team selects organic high-quality rice, maintains a modern technology production line, and follows a digitalized production process under strict accordance with hygienic standards. Lee’s Noodle has made traditional rice noodles into a distinctive product. Their Rice Noodles are soft and smooth – just a light press with your fingers will loosen them easily and prepare them for cooking, which is suitable either for stir-frying or making soup-noodles. The Rice Cake Rolls provide a bouncier texture while maintaining Lee’s Noodle’s characteristic smooth, silky profile. The Thin Rice Papers are as stretchy and thin as light gauze about to break. While the Fresh Rice Stick Noodles are stickier and chewier, they can also be stored naturally for a long time. Their product packaging also injects a series of brand design elements to strengthen self-promotion on the shelf with the slogan “Modern technology, traditional taste.” At present, the reputation of Lee’s Noodle is far ahead of its competitors in the industry. With sales markets all over the United States and overseas, their reputation has won the overwhelming popularity and appreciation from supermarkets, the restaurant industry, and consumer groups. Additionally, Lee’s Noodle is deeply committed to giving back to the communities from which their success originates. The company has been working hard to both financially support and actively participate in a number of charitable activities. For many years, they have contributed to the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital and the Los Angeles Chinatown Service Center, which has resulted in positive feedback from the community. With a steady and pragmatic attitude, Lee’s Noodle hopes to start modern science-driven management in the future, adding more production lines, developing healthier and tastier foods, and continuing to expand its business and territory to a wider market.
