We work with our clients to create fun, interactive marketing campaigns so they can promote their brands in a professional, positive and cost-effective manner.  We're looking to add additional talent to our customer service team so we can help more clients reach more of their ideal consumers through interactive marketing campaigns!

    We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our promotional events team for our new year events launch. A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to our customer service representatives. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    OUR TEAM 

    Our team is made up of a friendly team of individuals creating an amazing work environment. They come from a background in sports, music, art and politics; So no matter what your background you will fit right in! 

    GENERAL OVERVIEW OF DUTIES: 

    • Working at live events, speaking with locals face-to-face
    • Offering excellent service to customers
    • Create memorable brand experiences for consumers
    • Using general conversation to gauge consumers' interest 
    • Asking specific questions and recording feedback from customers 
    • Answering questions about products and services 
    • Addressing concerns and offering potential solutions
    • Closing sales and collecting personal details from customers

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • There are no specific educational, skills-based or work-related requirements, but previous work involving customer service or general customer interaction is recommended
    • You'll need to be comfortable working with customers face-to-face and be willing to engage in conversations with strangers
    • Applicants that are local to Houston and able to start right away should mention this on their application so we can move forward quickly 
    • All applicants need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the US - we cannot make exceptions here because our clients all do thorough background checks on all representatives
