Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Be the heartbeat of the office – manage schedules, office supplies, and daily operations. • Support our legal team – organize case files, prepare documents, and keep everything running smoothly. • Be the friendly voice and face of the firm – answer calls, emails, and welcome visitors. • Coordinate meetings and court dates – schedule client appointments and register attorneys for court appearances in probate and civil cases. • File and serve legal documents – follow local court rules to ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Assist clients with estate planning – guide them through the process, ensure they meet deadlines, and provide top-notch service. • Manage our client database and software – keep information updated and secure. • Handle confidential information with discretion – professionalism is key in our close client relationships.
