We are Antanavage Farbiarz PLLC. Our Pennsylvania-based firm is looking for that special someone to assist in case management, document drafting, and coordination of estate planning cases. The successful candidate will also provide some support to our team in the area of marketing. We are looking for someone who can work with our existing dedicated team of paralegals, intake, and attorneys to make a difference in families’ lives. That’s the job – talking to clients, their families, and the people who love them to help figure out how our firm can help them create an estate plan that protects their family This will start out as a part-time position with flexible hours (ideally 9-3 or 10-4 each day) – With the right person, this position is expected to turn into a full-time position, but if part-time or contract only is your jam, we can do that too! Responsibilities: • Manage Office Correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, communicating with clients and partners, and greeting visitors to our Wyomissing office • Serve as a primary contact and case manager for estate planning cases • Assist with gathering client information for their cases and preparation of estate planning and related documents • Draft documents for estate planning clients based on attorney instructions and appropriate templates • Assist clients with funding trusts • Provide administrative support to the firm's marketing activities by producing our monthly podcast, coordinating with marketing vendors, and even drafting blog posts or social media posts! Qualifications: • Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretary • Proficient with MS Office products • Candidates should have strong organizational skills and communication skills Compensation: 17 - 22 hourly
