    The Role You Will Play

    • Administrative Support: Creates, edits, and prepares various documents, including correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, and transmittal letters for monthly billing. Handles copying, faxing, scanning, and mailing/delivery of documents.

    • Calendar and Meeting Management: Maintains calendars, schedules meetings, and appointments, makes travel arrangements, and supports effective assignment time management.

    • Client and Case Management: Actively participates in client relationship cultivation, prepares for client meetings by familiarizing herself with the case, and manages client contact information in the firm’s CRM.

    • File and Document Organization: Manages electronic and physical filing systems, opens new client files, organizes current files, and prepares files for off-site storage. Familiar with electronic filing procedures for court documentation.

    • Time and Expense Management: Enters time for timekeepers into Aderant, processes expense reports, and assists with firm-sponsored event preparations, supporting a collaborative team environment.

    Background Profile:

    • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of legal secretarial experience, specifically in litigation.

    • Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor for effective interaction with clients and team members.
