    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced legal assistant to support our dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our legal office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing office communications, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings as well as track deadlines to keep our legal team on schedule. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen attention to detail, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to clients to discuss documents and provide status updates. • Address client inquiries through phone, email, and text promptly and professionally. • Meet with clients in person to review documents and discuss case progress. • Scan, file, and review documents received in the office or via email. • Accurately enter detailed information into the database from calls, emails, texts, or in-person interactions. • Maintain clear and effective communication within the department and with all other staff to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experiences. Qualifications: • Must be able to work in Towson, MD • Detail oriented • Well organized • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Outgoing and well-spoken • Friendly, professional, positive attitude • Willingness/interest in learning new things • Has a strong work ethic • Independent worker (doesn’t need a lot of oversight) • Initiative to seek out work and find ways to help us improve the business • Reliable and trustworthy • Prior legal experience is not required. And we don’t care whether you have a college degree. If you met the above qualifications and are eager to learn, we’ll teach you Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
