Responsibilities: Administrative Excellence • Support the firm owner by managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence. • Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports. • Assist with the development and implementation of firm policies, systems, and procedures. **** Client and Professional Relationships • Provide exceptional service to clients, keeping them informed and supported. • Foster relationships with referral sources and other professionals in the community. **** Communication and Coordination • Act as the firm owner’s liaison with clients, opposing counsel, and external parties. • Ensure efficient workflows by coordinating with team members and managing contacts. **** Recordkeeping and Billing • Organize, maintain, and retrieve client and firm files in both physical and electronic formats. • Assist in preparing and managing client billing statements and invoices. **** Qualifications: What We’re Looking For **** We believe the right candidate is more than just a résumé.
