Responsibilities: • Assist the Paralegals, Attorneys, and Office managers with their daily workflow. • Interacts with clients from the initial meeting to the closing of the matter. • Handles electronic files and physical files from engagement to close. • Prepares and reviews signing meeting documents. • Prepares and thoroughly checks all Deliverables to clients (Binders, trust ID cards, fiduciary letters, electronic copies of documents). • Controls physical filing system for Estate Planning Department. • Maintains office supply inventory; creates orders for binders and printing materials regularly needed for Estate Planning Department. • Assists in preparation of inserts for estate/corporate binders. • Works on ongoing projects to help attorneys and paralegals as needed. • Office services as needed including mailing, greeting clients and maintenance of office environment. Qualifications: • Be bilingual in English/Spanish. • Very organized and process-oriented. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Great organizational skills. • Strong writing skills. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal instructions. • Ability to prioritize workload based on internal and external client needs. • Ability to meet and deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner. • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Compensation: $18 hourly
