OVERVIEW

As a Contact Center Agent (your title will be: Legal Case Consultant), you will provide excellent customer service connecting people who have suffered a personal injury, have been negatively impacted by pharmaceuticals / drugs, have been hurt due to defective products, or a number of other case types, to an attorney who will win their case.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED?

• We are searching for candidates who speak English and, ideally, Spanish as well

• Ability to multitask and take on a variety of assignments.
• Full/Part time, non-exempt (or whatever the classification may be).
• The position starts at a base rate of $13.00+ DOE

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• High School diploma or GED; bonus if you have college education.
• Flexibility to work all shifts as required (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Call / Contact Center experience, Inside Sales Experience preferred
• Fast learner and aptitude to pass our certification of excellence assessment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to submit and pass a background investigation
