Responsibilities: • Obtain and organize medical records, insurance policies, and other vital documentation. • Coordinate investigations, including taking witness statements and gathering photographs. • Maintain organized files and efficiently schedule appointments. • Assist in preparing demand packages and communicate with insurance adjusters. • Verify information for final disbursement to clients. Qualifications: • Proven experience in obtaining medical records and insurance documentation. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (1 year required) • Experience with ProLaw (preferred). • Experience in personal injury law - 1 year experience – not negotiable. Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly
