About the Position: Starting in 2025, we’re moving to a 4-day work week (40 hours), working Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. This unique schedule allows you to enjoy a three-day weekend every week! Key Responsibilities: • Assist with family-based immigration cases such as I-130, I-485, I-765, I-360, I-589, I-864, I-140, N-400, I-90 and more • Organize and manage case files with attention to detail • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients • Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently • Use MS Office, MyCase, and Docketwise to support case management What We’re Looking For: • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; College education is a plus • Experience: At least 1-2 full years of experience handling family-based immigration cases (required) • Languages: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) • Skills: Positive, organized, and proactive with excellent time management and customer service skills Why Join Us?
