We value a welcoming and warm work environment, focused on providing excellent service and support for our clients, and where kindness and respect for others is paramount. $30 -$35 hourly DOE plus performance-based bonus potential Responsibilities: • Draft basic legal forms, documents, and correspondence related to new client intake, estate planning, probate, tax, and business matters with oversight from senior team members. • Coordinate deadlines and manage reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks. • Engage with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings to provide assistance and information. • Organize physical and electronic case files, including scanning, copying, filing documents, and updating records in the CMS. • Perform additional miscellaneous duties assigned by senior legal team members. Qualifications: • Proficient in applying general legal office principles, practices, and procedures, including knowledge of statutory deadlines, legal terminology, and databases. • Capable of independently and accurately carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities following established procedures and departmental policies. • Demonstrates understanding of legal terminology, applicable court rules, and administrative procedures in estate planning, tax, and business law. • Skilled in building and maintaining effective professional relationships with the public, colleagues, courts, clients, and external business personnel. • Adheres to oral and written instructions, principles, policies, and procedures within a legal office environment. • Efficiently handles various duties with competing priorities. • Proficient in using office equipment and computer software. • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. • Exhibits precise typing and document proofreading skills related to litigation and legal matters. • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
