Our client, a well-respected law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support its Product Liability & Class Action litigation team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume desk, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with trial preparation, e-filing in state and federal courts, and handling discovery requests.
• Coordinate billing processes, expense reports, and document management.
• Liaise with internal departments and external contacts to facilitate case management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm (product liability/class action experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of trial preparation, e-filing, and scheduling legal proceedings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Notary public commission in Georgia (or willingness to obtain within three months).
