Job Description
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, and case management orders.
- Assist attorneys in scheduling and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials, including sending out notices, hiring court reporters/videographers, etc.
- Obtain, organize, and maintain medical records, imaging, bills, and other materials for client cases.
- Electronically file legal documents in Illinois State Courts
- Correspond effectively with opposing counsel, experts, witnesses, and clients.
- Provide support during legal proceedings, including coordinating case schedules, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Bilingual: Spanish and Polish speakers are welcome.
Skills/attributes of successful applicants:
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Must have litigation experience including getting service, filing motions, calendaring court dates, and scheduling depositions.
- Ability to analyze facts and present to attorney for determination
- Familiarity with personal injury required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
