    Our busy legal firm is looking for a well organized legal assistant to ensure our attorneys and paralegals can effectively and expediently assist our clients. You’ll assist with the preparation of documents, handle office correspondence, answer phone calls and emails, arrange meetings, and promptly meet all deadlines. If you have experience in a law firm environment, work well under pressure, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in the legal industry, we want to connect with you! Responsibilities: • Schedule meetings and appointments. • Take care of administrative tasks and office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls and responding to emails. • Assist with the preparation of documents, mailings, and proofreading, as needed. • Organization of client files and data entry. • Attend client and attorney meetings to record meeting minutes. • Updating and tracking of client matters and reports. • Undertake other duties as needed to ensure the firm operates efficiently. Qualifications: • High School diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred. • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times. • CRM experience is preferred, but not required. • High-level organizational and time-management skills. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are crucial. • Evening availability 1-2 days per week. • Ability to work effectively in a small office environment. • Candidates must be team players with a mindset posed for growth.
