    We’re seeking a proactive and organized Legal Assistant who will be the backbone of our case workflow, supporting attorneys and paralegals in keeping cases moving forward. From new case onboarding to final case closeout, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and that clients receive the 5-star experience we’re known for. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Assist in onboarding new cases by gathering documents, organizing files, and preparing initial correspondence. • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible. • Manage scheduling for client calls, depositions, mediations, and other key case events. • Draft and proofread letters, reports, and simple legal documents. • Assist with case closeout processes, including final file review, archiving, and client communications. • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, medical providers, and opposing counsel. • Track deadlines and support calendar management to ensure timely follow-up on key tasks. • Coordinate with vendors and court personnel as needed for records, filings, and appointments. • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals to keep cases on track. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in a personal injury setting. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal—Spanish-speaking is a plus! • Tech-savvy and comfortable using case management software (Practice Panther experience is a plus). • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset—able to anticipate next steps and stay one step ahead. • Comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. • Familiarity with child injury and personal injury case workflows is a bonus. Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!): We utilize various digital platforms to provide top-tier service to clients. Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Practice Panther (CRM) • Outlook Office 365 • Box (Cloud Storage) • Mac OS Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
