Davis Law Group is seeking a highly organized, client-focused legal assistant to join our boutique law firm in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. Position Overview: As a legal assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional client service, and supporting the legal team. This position is a mix of administrative duties and client engagement, including acting as the welcoming face of the firm and helping prospective clients navigate their legal needs.
Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative:
Manage the firm’s calendar, schedule client consultations, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
Organize and maintain client files, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and calls.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including supplies and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
