  • Responsibilities

    Trueline is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to support attorneys working on complex corporate cases in a collaborative environment.

    What You'll Do as the Legal Assistant:
    • Provide administrative support to attorneys handling corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters
    • Manage case files and documents using legal software systems
    • Assist with legal research and drafting of correspondence and court filings
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel for attorneys
    • Handle general office duties like answering phones and greeting clients

    Must-Haves as the Legal Assistant:
    • 1-5 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in corporate law
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work full-time in the office

    Nice-To-Haves as the Legal Assistant:
    • Experience with legal software like Pacemax or iManage
    • Familiarity with bankruptcy and restructuring matters
    • Bachelor's degree

    This Role Offers:
