We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Plaintiff's Personal Injury Team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle client files through the No Fault and Liability claims process
• Prepare documents for the filing of No Fault Arbitrations
• Review medical records and draft medical summaries
• Draft settlement demands, arbitration brochures and mediation statements
• Work directly with clients, medical providers and claims adjuster.

Qualification

• Minimum of three years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury
• Familiarity with e-filing
• Ability to maintain legal calendars and track deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
