  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Legal Billing Coordinator is responsible for firm billing of assigned clients within the Firm’s billing team. Responsibilities include meeting monthly billing deadlines, applying client billing guidelines and practices, and managing all aspects of their client billing. Since a majority of the firm’s billing is done via e-billing prior experience using Aderant, BillBlast or E-Billing Hub is preferred. This position reports to the Controller.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in accounting preferred
    • Proficiency in Aderant, BillBlast or E-Billing Hub preferred
    • Prior success in a professional office environment, preferably a law firm or legal department preferred
    • Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely fashion
    • Ability to meet monthly billing deadlines
    • Ability to apply client billing guidelines and practices
    • Ability to manage all aspects of client billing
    • This position requires strong communication skills as well as someone who is professional, detail oriented, organized and motivated.
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills
