    We are seeking an experienced full-time Legal Case Manager to join our dynamic team in Providence, Rhode Island. In this position, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a strong commitment to client service. Responsibilities: Client Interaction: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. • Provide regular monthly updates on case status, answer any questions the client may have and gather necessary case information & documentation. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the legal process. Case Management • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and all required documentation is accurately completed. • Organize case files to ensure that all documents are up to date and easily accessible. • Prepare and send correspondence related to case updates, balance requests, and other pertinent communications. • Monitor and manage case progress, ensuring all parties are kept informed and cases are moving forward efficiently. • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and hearings as needed. • Prepare settlement closing documents (Settlement Memo & POA, if needed). • Ensure that all settlements are processed in a timely manner and that clients receive their compensation promptly. Medical Records: • Review and organize medical records, bills, and other necessary documentation. • Summarize medical records and prepare them for attorney review. • Ensure medical records are complete and accurately reflect clients’ injuries and treatments. Insurance Interfacing: • Communicate with the insurance companies to provide necessary information and follow up on claims. • Assist in the preparation of demand packages. • Communicate with insurance adjusters to facilitate case resolution. Qualifications: • Personal Injury Law Experience, required. • Legal Case Management Experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with case management software and related technologies. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Compensation: $40,000 to $48,000
