Job Description
The qualified candidate will be responsible for all administrative, non-substantive aspects of new case intake and entry into case management systems, scheduling, gathering case disposition input forms, building electronic case files, and forwarding for attorney action. This role will entail communicating in person, by phone, and over email, with legal and nonlegal professionals and law enforcement officials, as well as victims of crime. The position will also perform other various duties related to support and routine administrative support for covered offense case processing within the respective region. Independently control and manage all administrative tasks associated with the life cycle of processing a covered offense case, from intake, case management system entry, case file building, meetings scheduling, drafting, sending, tracking, receiving, and uploading all case disposition input forms.
