This position is open to both experienced candidates and recent law graduates who demonstrate a strong interest in these areas.
The position will be located in Phoenix, AZ at our corporate office. The Legal Counsel will be part of the Company's legal team and report to the Associate General Counsel and will work closely with acquisition, development, asset management, accounting, finance, and tax professionals within the company and with outside third-party professionals. The role will involve assisting with real estate investments and related documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, construction agreements, and property management agreements, and assisting with the closing of real estate and finance transactions. This position will have broad exposure to a breadth of work and involvement across various real estate and finance transactions. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to multitask effectively, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
