Legal Docs by ME has been a fixture in the Coachella Valley since 2015.    Under new management since 2019, the Company is thriving and is providing low cost legal document solutions to an ever expanding audience. 

Legal Docs by ME advertises consistently on local and regional television and on the internet.  Most of our business originates by incoming phone calls during which potential customers ask questions about how our services work and about pricing.    The job of the Inside Sales Representative is to field those inquires and convert them to service appointments with our in house legal document assistants.   You will work closely with the LDAs and receive ongoing training to become familiar with our products and services.   You will also perform light office/administrative duties as needed.  You will receive base hourly pay plus an incentive plan/commission.

Qualifications:

Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience highly preferred.

Must have excellent communication skills and a patient, friendly phone presence.

Must be organized and motivated/goal oriented.

Must have basic computer/Excel skills
