We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Drafting Technician for Estate Plan document preparation to support our legal team and contribute to the high-quality service our clients expect. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related materials. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us? • Supportive, team-oriented work culture • Opportunities for professional development and growth Responsibilities: • Draft estate planning documents using templates and legal drafting software • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting • Maintain and organize client files and case management systems • Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients as needed to ensure timely document preparation • Assist in updating and maintaining legal templates and resources • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards Qualifications: • Previous experience in estate planning, legal drafting, or a similar administrative legal role is preferred • Familiarity with common estate planning documents (e.g., wills, trusts, POAs) • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document software • Paralegal certification or a legal studies background is a plus Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
