As a Graphic Designer in our Trial Department, you will work with our litigation consultants and the trial team to develop clear, effective demonstratives capable of telling the client’s story and captivating a jury. These demonstratives can include infographics, timelines, 3D animations, medical illustrations, scene re-enactments and more. The designer must have a high level of knowledge and expertise with design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint etc. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bring concepts to life through these various mediums. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a willingness to collaborate with others. The designer is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to attorneys, litigation support staff, and clients while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude. This is currently a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities: • Develop visual designs and provide graphic recommendations for effective visual communication and storytelling. • Work closely with internal consultants and legal teams, both remotely and sometimes on-site, to develop the most effective use of visual communications from concept to completion, translating complex information into clear and concise demonstratives and presentation slides. • Design experience in the legal environment and a basic understanding of presentation requirements for bench trials, jury trials, arbitrations, hearings, and other legal presentation scenarios in both state and federal venues. • Stay up-to-date on best practices in design to continuously improve skills and output. Qualifications: • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills is crucial. • Skilled at meeting strict deadlines under pressure. • Proficiency in graphic design software. • Ability to create engaging demonstratives and presentations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Compensation: $35 - $75 hourly
