We are not just looking for someone to “answer the phones” – we need a skilled closer who can dominate intake, convert leads into paying clients, and drive business growth. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: Own the Intake Process & Close the Deal: • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and rapport from the first conversation. • Qualify leads effectively by understanding their needs and guiding them toward the right legal solutions. • Follow up aggressively through calls, emails, and text messages to ensure potential clients move forward. • Track and analyze intake metrics (e.g., number of potential new cases, paid consultations, free consultations, fee agreements sent/received, retainers collected). Sales-Driven Client Conversion: • Confidently discuss the value of our legal services and ensure prospects understand the benefits of working with our firm. • Overcome objections and guide hesitant clients to the right decision. • Generate fee agreements and ensure timely follow-up to get them signed and retainers collected. Keep the Pipeline Flowing & Organized: • Manage and optimize our CRM system to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to schedule consultations and follow-ups efficiently. • Provide regular reports on conversion rates, lead sources, and intake performance. Dominate our Workshops • Schedule and coordinate workshops and events for the Estates Department, including venue selection, speaker arrangements, and logistics. • Promote workshops and events through various channels, such as social media, email, and community outreach. • Follow up with attendees to confirm attendance. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Proven sales and intake experience (law firm intake, real estate, financial services, or similar high-touch industries preferred). • A natural communicator who builds trust and confidence over the phone, email, and in person. • High-energy, results-driven personality with the ability to meet and exceed conversion goals. • Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRMs, tracking data, and leveraging automation tools for follow-ups. • Proactive and persistent – you don’t wait for clients to call back; you make things happen. • Exceptional organization skills – ability to juggle multiple leads, appointments, and follow-ups without dropping the ball. Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
