As a key member of our growing Estate Planning and Probate law firm, you will play a crucial role in building meaningful connections with clients seeking guidance. This position requires a blend of empathy, expertise, and experience to ensure every client and prospect feels supported and valued throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities: • Manage incoming calls from potential clients, educating them on our Estate Planning and Probate services and assisting with the enrollment process. • Monitor emails and voicemails to ensure timely responses to inquiries. • Follow up with prospective clients, offering support and information to help them make informed decisions. • Conduct client care calls to past clients, identifying opportunities for continued service. • Track and analyze lead sources using platforms like LSA and WhatConverts to enhance outreach strategies. • Actively participate in weekly staff and intake meetings, providing updates on activities and key performance metrics. • Present progress reports during our firm-wide "All Hands" meetings to keep the team informed. Qualifications: Qualifications & Requirements: • Customer service experience is required. Prior experience in Estate Planning and Probate is a plus but not mandatory. • Must have your own computer. This is a remote role, so you’ll need reliable equipment to perform your tasks efficiently. • Tech-savvy and organized. Must be comfortable using a computer and proficient in common office applications like Word, Outlook, and calendar management. Experience with Lawmatics and Clio is a plus. • Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with great spelling and grammar. • Detail-oriented and accurate.
