Responsibilities: Job Description: The Intake Manager will be responsible for leading our intake team of 9 professionals and streamlining our client onboarding process. This role is crucial in ensuring that all potential clients receive a high standard of service from their first interaction with our firm. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in customer service or legal intake, and a deep understanding of the legal process. Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the intake department, ensuring efficient handling of client inquiries and consultations. • Train and supervise intake staff on best practices for client communication and data entry. • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance client satisfaction and optimize intake processes. • Monitor the performance of intake processes and implement improvements as necessary. • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless client transitions and information flow. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure all client data is entered correctly into the firm’s database. • Handle complex client inquiries and provide support in resolving potential issues during the intake process. • Generate reports on intake metrics and provide analysis to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Legal Studies, or related field. • Proven experience in a call center and/or intake manager role, preferably within a legal setting. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • High proficiency in database management and office software. • In-depth understanding of the legal services industry and client management. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Compensation: $60,000 + performance incentive
