    The Legal Intake Manager will play a crucial role in our Intake Department, managing the entire lead process from initial contact to client sign-up for all incoming prospective clients with new case inquiries. This is a full-time in-office role. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven and enthusiastic candidate who shares our vision, passion, and dedication to serving all potential new clients quickly, efficiently, and professionally. You will survey prospective clients, empathize with them about the details of their disability cases, and manage new client onboarding, and data entry. Our law firm handles Social Security Disability claims only. We will provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role in a tight-knit and supportive legal team. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming calls and written inquiries from potential clients in Greenville, SC, US, to gather relevant details about their potential case and accurately input information into the lead management software system. • Collect information on prospective clients' background, work history, disabilities, and medical treatment to assess the potential for a Social Security Disability claim. • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels like phone, text, and email to gather and follow up on case information effectively. • Independently identify and retain claims with clear merit while collaborating with attorneys on other claims as needed. • Document and generate reports on the source of all incoming calls, texts, and emails for record-keeping purposes. • Perform administrative tasks related to cases, including organizing files, scanning, filing, mailings, and managing a multi-line phone system. • Handle new client onboarding procedures by entering data, collecting paperwork, and promptly opening new cases in the case management software. • Produce accurate and timely documents while upholding the high standards and values of Pilzer / Klein, PC in all client interactions. • Cultivate professional relationships with providers, clients, and colleagues, maintaining composure and professionalism in all interactions. • Schedule appointments with potential clients meeting specific criteria to expand the caseload and provide guidance to those who do not meet disability standards. • Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound sales strategies, social media initiatives, and partnerships with other law firms to attract new cases. • Evaluate inquiries and calls from prospective clients, assess their case fit, and ensure all clients feel acknowledged and understood. • Assist in training new team members as needed and contribute to improving the intake process and social media outreach. • Maintain accurate records in compliance with firm policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications: • Must have a genuine desire to assist and show empathy towards the prospects and clients we cater to. • Proficient in effectively communicating and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing financial and medical challenges. • Dedicated to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all professional interactions. • Previous background in customer service or sales is advantageous. • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently while paying close attention to detail. • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. • Skilled in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while maintaining professionalism. • Knowledge of data management and proficiency in generating reports. • Background in the legal or insurance sector is beneficial. • Experience with LeadDocket, VineSign, and Filevine is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred (experience in insurance or legal industry is a bonus). • Familiarity with client relationship software and lead management systems is advantageous. Compensation: $45,000 + bonus
