Our matrimonial law firm is seeking a concierge Legal Intake Sales Specialist dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience for both current and prospective clients while playing a vital role in retaining new clients. The firm caters to a wide clientele, including business owners, doctors, lawyers and other professionals, civil servants, W-2 wage earners, executives and members of the finance industry, homemakers, people with a modest net worth, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We take pride in our concierge approach, tailoring representation to each individual situation. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: • Provide concierge client experience to potential new clients • Handle interactions with empathy and authority • Pre-qualify potential new clients to determine if they are a good fit for the firm • Pre-sell qualified clients and facilitate a smooth transition to attorney consultations • Utilize our phone systems to ensure a seamless client experience • Meet expected monthly performance metrics for appointments set with attorneys • Monthly data management and reporting • Provide clerical support to the operations team as needed Qualifications: Skills Needed: • A minimum of two years of experience in a reception or customer service role. • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred. • Critical thinking skills. • Pro-active, results-oriented mindset. • Flexibility, optimism, and empathy towards individuals dealing with matrimonial issues. • Confidence to be kindly assertive with clients when necessary. • Reliability and responsibility in all tasks. • Technical Proficiency: familiarity with Microsoft Office and Clio is a plus. • Sales experience preferred. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year plus performance based bonus
