Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including data analysis, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Diligently emailing, texting, and calling interested potential clients to resolve questions, secure consultations, and facilitate conversion as new clients • Work with marketing to collaborate on messaging, sales tactics, and referral relationships with other law firms and professionals in order to help bring in new cases Qualifications: • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Background in the legal industry preferred • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
