    Big Auto Accident Attorneys is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ to work nights and/or weekends. The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate incoming inquiries from potential clients to ascertain their suitability for representation by Big Auto Accident Attorneys. Additionally, the Legal Intake Specialist will reply to text messages, return phone calls, and follow up with prospective clients. In this role, there will be a heavy amount of phone contact with potential clients. The majority of the communication is done by phone or through Lead Docket CRM. Responsibilities: • Communicate with potential clients over the phone and in person to assess their needs • Follow up with prospective clients to provide additional information and support • Ensure accurate data entry of all case details into the system • Retrieve and review relevant police reports for each case • Initiate contact with insurance companies to start the claims process • Conduct conflict checks to ensure ethical standards are met • Perform Accurint searches, obtain verification reports, and organize documents in the system • Draft closing and turn-back letters professionally • Send out fee agreements • Explaining legal documents • Evaluate cases to determine viability • Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team • Exceptional time management skills • Ability to understand and demonstrate cultural awareness • Strong ethical values • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management • Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service over the phone • Familiarity with Arizona State Law in personal injury • Work in a fast paced environment • Ability to work independently Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
