Our Client Intake Department plays a critical role in evaluating potential cases and guiding clients through the initial stages of legal representation. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Legal Intake Specialist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and capable of handling conversations with Spanish-speaking clients professionally and empathetically. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake calls and gather case details as well as any relevant documents • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, making sure they feel seen and heard • Update databases with accurate client data • Meet intake and conversion goals set by the firm Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake (preferably in a legal setting) • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
