    As a Legal Intake Specialist at Clear Horizon Legal Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role involves gathering essential case details, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth intake process for our legal team. You will work closely with our immigration and debt relief teams, providing empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathetic, and professional first impression • Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm • Sell qualified candidates on a consultation • Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in client relationship management (CRM) system • Schedule consultations between potential clients and the Client Engagement team • Provide clients with information about our firm’s services and practices and help them understand next steps • Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy, Emotional IQ • Proficiency in using CRM software and other office management tools • Customer Service and/or sales experience • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Previous legal experience is a plus • Previous inside sales experience a plus Compensation: $7 hour USD
