    Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Follow up with existing clients to build stronger relationships, trust, and loyalty • Identify potential legal issues and escalate them to the appropriate attorneys or legal professionals • Follow up with clients to collect missing information, schedule appointments, or provide updates as necessary • Assist in managing and organizing the intake department's administrative tasks Qualifications: • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Previous legal experience highly valued • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Medical Experience Preferred • Bilingual proficiency is a plus • Call center: 1 year (Preferred) • Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Personal Injury Intake Experience Required • Filevine and Lead Docket Experience Preferred Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
