Our DUI/Criminal Defense Law Firm based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois is growing fast and we’re ready to add an Intake Specialist to our team. If you are a good listener that’s empathetic and has experience working in sales and customer service, this may be the perfect position for you. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for individuals seeking assistance with a DUI, traffic, or criminal matter. You will play a crucial role in assessing potential clients' needs, gathering essential information, and guiding them through the initial steps of the process. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient intake process, laying the foundation for successful client representation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Intake Specialist in a sales role. Rewards/Salary: • On target earnings: $70,000-$75,000. • Base salary $45,000+, plus a great bonus structure. • Anticipated salary of someone who is “good” at their job in this role: $70,000 • Anticipated salary of someone who is “excellent” in this role: $90,000 • Anticipated salary of someone who “blows it out of the water”: $100,000+ • A collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement as the firm continues its growth. • Professional development and training opportunities. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients via phone, email, or video conferencing. • Gather relevant information about clients' history, goals, and challenges. • Assess potential clients' eligibility for various services offered by the firm. • Educate clients about the firm's services and processes. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information. • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and appointments. • Follow up with clients to collect additional documentation and information as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the intake process. • Schedule qualified potential clients for private consultations with our legal team. Qualifications: • College degree or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or intake coordination is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Fluent in English (Fluent in Spanish would be a plus). • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with technology and virtual communication tools. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
