We’re seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team in Towson to be the first point of contact, helping clients take their initial steps toward the legal support they need. Responsibilities: • Engage with inbound and outbound callers to build relationships and gain an understanding of their legal needs. • Schedule appointments with advisors, ensuring clients are prepared and informed about their upcoming consultations. • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and text. • Help clients feel heard and supported during their first point of contact with our firm. • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and transition from initial call to advisor appointments. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and appointment details. Qualifications: • Empathy and a passion for helping others through challenging situations. • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing compassionate support. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in managing communication through multiple channels (phone, email, text). • Strong organizational skills to ensure appointments are efficiently scheduled. • A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset. • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or appointment scheduling role is a plus. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
