This role is essential in helping us provide exceptional service to individuals and families seeking estate planning services. Position Overview: As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the Legal Intake Specialist will play a key role in managing incoming leads, guiding potential clients through the initial intake process, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries through phone, email, and online forms. • Qualify incoming leads by understanding their needs and explaining the firm's services. • Schedule client consultations and manage the attorney’s calendar. • Follow up with leads to ensure prompt scheduling and answer any questions. • Input client details into the CRM system accurately. • Work closely with the legal team to facilitate client intake and onboarding processes. • Create a welcoming and empathetic experience for all clients. Qualifications: • Prior experience in customer service, intake, or administrative roles ( legal experience preferred but not required ). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to empathize and build rapport with clients, especially in emotional or difficult situations. • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
