Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake calls and gather relevant case details. • Screen potential clients to determine case eligibility. • Accurately document and organize client information in our CRM system. • Provide clear instructions on the intake process and next steps. • Communicate professionally with clients, making them feel supported and informed. • Follow up with potential clients who have inquired about legal services but have not yet retained the firm. • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely follow-up on cases. Qualifications: • Fluency in English (C1 or C2); Spanish preferred. • Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or a related role is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
